Redlands University
A new state of the art medical complex required the latest in storm water runoff mitigation practices for its parking structures. The developer elected to use a permeable paving system that reduces the requirements for parking lot catch basins and which also helps in reducing polluting run off from rains. The project met all of the upcoming EPA regulations soon to be promulgated. The beauty and environmental stewardship of this project make it a winner on all fronts.
